“Within the darkness was absolutely nothing. Nothing after nothing came bursting out.” -Paraphrased from Mother 3 More experimenting with shading in SAI. This one turned out to be a happy accident. Originally I was going to have the light source coming from the left, but after tinkering about with the colour of the shadows, I ended up getting the unintended side effect of having the right side be brighter, making it look like there was light coming from behind ChazGrem. So I decided to leave it in and make it look like he was venturing out into the cold darkness on his own. Who knows what’s out there. Monsters? Hostile knights? Zambies? Or maybe there really is nothing. (I still need to practice my breath clouds)
